Leasing Services

Leasing covers the processes associated with placing a new tenant in a property including: taking pictures of the property and conducting a market analysis to determine price, advertising the property online, showing the property to potential tenants, screening tenants (national criminal background, employment, credit, rental history, court records), and placing a qualified tenant in the property.

Our leasing strategy is smart, thorough, and custom-tailored for your unique situation. We evaluate your property and create a customized marketing plan to meet your specific needs. Our marketing is driven by the industry's most premier management software which broadcasts your property on 100+ websites, the MRIS multiple listing service, and local advertising outlets. This broad approach creates competition between applicants, which improves listing price and puts more money in your pocket.
